DIPTON.
May 19.— Our dairy factory project has collapsed. This is to be regretted, as there was every probability of its being of considerable benefit to the district. I trust we shall see the efforts of the promoters renewed with fresh vigour next year. There is no doubt of the factory's ultimate success if it once got a start, as we possess both talent and capital to work it, if all would pull together as one man.
