THE Undersigned has been favoured with instructions from the New Zealand Mortgage and Investment Association (Limited) to offer for Sale by private treaty, About 11,000 Acres of rich Agricultural Land, forming the unsold portion of the Waicola Estate, situated 1 about 35 miles north-west of Invercargill, and intersected by the Otautau and Nightcaps railway.
