Therefore the public should carefully read the Official Announcement on page SO rf the Company's book. fnMay 1881, the Court of Appeal, London, England, granted us a perpetual injunction (with costs) against Parrot and Co., of that city,manufacturers of the so-called " St. Davids Oil." This decision forever prohibits the use of the term " St. David s Oil," or any simitar term, as well as the words, The Great German Remedy, or any title or words similar to those used by us in connection with St. Jacobs Oil. We will promptly prosecute all wrongdoers, and will jpay liberally for information that will lead to the contNiclion of any one infringing our rights.
