HAVELOCK.

August 25. — The Blue Ribbon Society held one of their pleasant reunions on the 17th fnst. It was especially attractive to the juveniles as the rev. president, Mr Skinner, illustrated his most interesting lecture on the ascent of Mount Blanc by means of a magic lantern, giving those, present a very realistic idea of the perils of fch& ascent.
