(Reuter's Telegrams.) London, June 30. At to-day's wool sales 9900 bales were offered to a dull market. The fourth series of Colonial wool auctions will open on September 1. New York, June 30. The young woman, Yseult Dudley, who had been arraigned on a charge of attempting to murder O 'Donovan Rossa in February last, has been acquitted, the jury finding a verdict in her favour on the ground of insanity. At the meeting of tho hhareholdors of the New Zealand Agricultural Company, held to-day, it was decided to postpone payment of debentures for five years. Ilobart Pasha, who was removed from the English Navy list in consequence of his having accepted the appointment of Commander-in-chief of the Black Sea fleet of Turkey during the Russo-Turkish War, the English Government having at that time issuer! a proclamation of neutrality, has had his name reinstated on the Navy list. July 1. A grand naval tournament has been held at Bantry by the 15 ironclads under the command of Admiral Seymour T. B. Hornby, which were dispatched to the coa.sb of Ireland for the purpose of carrying out an elaborate system of naval manoeuvres. The tournament was a splendid spectacle. The Diet of the Duchy of Brunswick have rejected the claims of the Duke of Cumberland to the dukedom. Lord Carnarvon has been sworn in as a member of the Salisbury Ministry. Russia is actively engaged in completing the railway between Kizil, Aravat, and Merv. Germany and tho other Powers have restrained M. de Freycinet, French Minister of Foreign Affairs, from pressing the Marquis of Salisbury at present regarding Egyptian affairs.
