In connection with the discussion about the applications for this section at last meeting of tho Board Mr Grbbn said he believed that Mr Connell and wm& of his friends felt hurt at the expression •' sharp practice " made use of by him in the discussion that ensued. Mr Connell had not spoken to him about th* matter, but some nf his friends had.
