(Special to Pbkss Association.) London, November 18. The* frozen meat by the Liguria is selling at 6d, and that by the Florida at 6£d per lb. Messrs Howard Smith and Sons are forming a company, with a capital of £100,000, for the purpose of working the shipbuilding yards reoently purchased by them at Kirkcaldy, on the Firth of Forth.
