TENDERS: The price tendered must be given In writing as well as in figures, accompanied by a statutory declaration, together with six months' rent at the rate tendered, and thirty shillincs fee for lease and registration, to be lodged with the Commissioner of Crown Lands, at the Crown Lands Office, Dunedin, On TUESDAY, 7th AUGUST 1883. The Tendera will be opened at the Meeting of the Land Board Oh WEDNESDAY, Bth AUGUST (the following day), at 11 o'clock a.m., when the highest tenderer (if the tender shall equal or exceed the upset annual rental per acre fixed by the Board) will bo declared the lessee. The Tenderers must appear at the Land Board, either in person or by an agent authorised in writing, on the day on which the tenders are opened.
