The Tendera will be opened at the Meeting of the Land Board Oh WEDNESDAY, Bth AUGUST (the following day), at 11 o'clock a.m., when the highest tenderer (if the tender shall equal or exceed the upset annual rental per acre fixed by the Board) will bo declared the lessee. The Tenderers must appear at the Land Board, either in person or by an agent authorised in writing, on the day on which the tenders are opened.
