Dunedin Draughts Club.
The clubroom at the Coffee Palace on Tuesday eveningpresentedquiteananimatedappearance, so many spectators were watching the varioua games with evident interest. The meetinga offl the Club are evidently .very popular. Chess is now another attraction, and we were ' glad to notice several gentlemen enjoying themselves at the royal game. The Club is vow in a flourishing condition, and new members are added every meeting-night. The match on the Queen's Birthday has tended to make the game still more popular and attractive.
