PASTORAL DEFERRED PAYMENT LANDS.
TO THE EDITOE.
Sib,— A. general impression exists, that purchasers of pastoral deferred-payment sections have a right to all improvements thereon at time of sale. So generally do I believe this opinion to prevail, that I am induced to request you to give publicity to the fact, that suoh ia not the case. Section 15, Land Act 1877, Amendment 1879, states, "That any person wha has been the owner of a pastoral license may, hi the case where a run is not again offered for lease,_ remove buildings, fencing, etc., and other improvements made by him while lessee, at any time within three months after the sale of the land comprised in such run."— l am, etc,
