THE KYEBURN MURDER.
(JFBOM 008 OWN CORRESPONDENT ) ' Naseby, AugUßt 19ih. Four of the five prisoners in custody c'aarged with the, murder of Mrs Young have been diacharged this evening, and another, named Lee Guy, has been arreßted, it is said, on the statement of Ah Lee, which implicates himself and Lee Guy. . The Chronicle to-night says:— "Just on going to prew we havn heard on good authority that Ah Lse, tbe Chinaman principally suspected, has marie a statement im|>Hc»ting him. self and Lee Guy, tht man who liv«d near Mrs Yonnß'a house.' L?e Gu7 has been arrested ; the othor prisoners have been discharged." Naseby, August 20th. Ah Lee and L<w Guy wero brought up to--day. The informations previously lodged were withdrawn by consent of the Court, and a oharg-i was made by Detective Henderson of wilful murder i^uinst both prisoner*. laspec tor Hicksori applied for a remand till Thursday next,' which was granted. Tue Court waa crowded. Nothing further ia known of the nature or extent of the confession. 7.50 p.m. Up to t.hfl present no further particulars have trarißpired re the murder. The nature of Ah Lee'w confession has not been made public I presume the police have a purpose in withholding it. Probably nothing of importance will occar till the day of hearing, next Thursday.
