Melbourne, August 18fch. Mr It. Bowman, member for Maryborough, made a speech last night, in the course of which he denounced Mr H. R. Williams, the member for Mandurang, as a political traitor. Sailed : Arawata, s.s., for the Bluff, via Hobart Town. Arrived : Union Company's steamer Rotomahana, from the Bluff. All the Ministers have been re-elected — Messrs Graham Berry and Wm. M. K. Vale by a small majority, and Messrs R. Richardson and R. Williams by large majorities. *
