On tho 13th. August, at the City Hotel, Dunedin, New Zealand, Thomas Kennedy, Esq., late of Glasgow, aud for many years captain of the 3rd Lanarkshire Rifle Volunteers.
On the 14th August, at his residence, Kent Cottage, Darley, Robert Dodd, bricklayer ; aged 79. On the Kth August, at Pine Hill, of inflammation of the lungs, Frances, youngest daughter of Gideon Rutherford ; aged 4 years. On the 18th August, at Sunnyside, Sydney James, infanc son of Alfred and Emilie Pritchard ; aged 8 months. Napier papers please copy.
