THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
Sittings of the District Court of the Tiraaru and Oamaru district will be held at Waimate on the sth of every month.
The town of Oamaru has been proclaimed a borough under the provisions of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1370."
Certain powers under "The Public Domains Act, 18G0," have been delegated by the Governor to the East Gore Domain Board.
P. F. J. Cotter, of Manuhorikia, and S. Dewar, of Wakatipu, have been appointed registrars of births marriages, and doaths, and vaccination inspectors for their respective districts.
Archibald Valentine has been appointed registrar of do»s for the County of Waikouaiti. W.G. Filleul has been appointed clerk at Ilampden for the Resident Magistrate's Court for the district of Oamaru.
The Governor has accepted the resignation by W. H. Pearson, J.P., of his office of visiting justice to the prison at Invercargill.
