On the sth August, at the residence of Mrs Irwin, Leith street, Dunedin, Helen, the beloved wife of Mr Charles Hudson, shipchandler, of Port Chalmers; aged 58 years. On the 7th August, at the Bay View Hotel, Patrick Fitzpatrick, the beloved husband of Mary Fitzpatrick, of Downpatrick, County Down, Ireland; aged, 46 years. Home papers please copy. On the 7th August, at her residence, New street, Dunedin, Mary Ann, the beloved wife of Mr Joseph Benfell ; aged 41 years ; deeply regretted. Home papers please copy. On the 9th August, at his residence, Duncan Btreet, Mr John Briggs ; aged 74 years. On the 10th August, at Rockyside, Dunedin, Jessie Christie, wife of Robert Lindsay Banks, and eldest daughter of the late John Christie, merchant, Edinburgh. On the 11th August, at his mother's residence, Great King street, Dunedin, David Dickson ; aged 18 years.
