THE KYEBDRN MURDER.
';'',• ' ' Naseby, August' 11th. Different Chinamen have been arrested by the police on suspicion of the Kyeburn murder^ Several have been released, but fo.ur or five were taken to Kyeburn this morning to attend theinquest.' It'is believed by the police that .among., these are the murderers, -but whether the crime can, be fastened on them is doubtful. One has been secured after a week's search. Two or three of them have marks on them, such as might have been sustained in a struggle of the kind;that evidently took place. A cord similar to what was discovered at Mrs Young's houße, covered with blood, has been found on the person of one,, Chinaman, ,- (The top and bottom teeth of one of them are also said to correspond to the marks on the arm of the deceased woman, and hts.bootß also appear to have caused the imprints left near her house. ■The police are being collected from different 'districts, and a, large force is here now under Mr Weldon's personal charge. They' are working energetically. < > f ■ ' ■• ■' -I
