The following is the schedule of Otago districts attached to the bill :— WAITAKI. Bounded on tho north-east by the Hopkins River, Ohau Lake, Ohau River, and Waitaki River to the sea j east, by the sea to the mouth of the Kakanui

River; south, by the Kakanui River and Island Cieek to the south-east corner of section 51, block I,^Kauioo survey district; thence by a line due west to the summit of the Kakanui Mountains near Kakanui Peak • west, by the Kakanui Mountains and a rigM line to Kyeburn Hill ; thence by the summit of the watershed to Mount Ida ; thence by the summit of the Hawkdun Mountains to a point due cast ot Mount St. Bathans ; thence by a line to the lastmentioned point ; thence along tho summit of the range, through Lindis Pass, to Longshp Hill ; thence along the summit of the range to Mount Ward; thence to Mount Holmes ; and thence by a line to the storting point, exclusive of the Oamaru electoral district. OAMARU. Bounded on the north-west by blocks II and IV, Oamaru survey district, 4596 links, also by block 11, 3215 links ; north-north-east, by block I, 6426 links ; east, by the high-water mark of ocean, 15,800 links ; south-east, by block IV, 2000 links ; south, by block I\ , 6950 links ; south-west, by block IV, 6534 links ; west-north-west, by block IV, 4567 links.

MOERAKI. Bounded on the north buy.the Waitaki district ; east, by the sea; south, by Wvk. I, Hawksbury survey district, and sections 26, 25, and 22, block 11, from the mouth of Stony Creek to Pleasant River by the river and a line from it due north to the Taieri Peak, by a right line due west to tho Waikouaiti River ; again vest by the side of the river and eastern branch to the western corner of section 1, block VII, Dunback survey district, by a right line due north to Shag River near the confluence of Green Valley stream, by Shag River to its source, and a right line to Kakanui Peak.

WAIKOUAITI. Bounded on the north and east by Moeraki district ; east, by the sea to block V, North Harbour and Blueskin survey district, by block V to the road-line fronting section 92, block VI ; south, by that road to the southern boundary of section 74, block VII, by sections 74 and 56, of the same block, to the main north road ; east, by the said road to section 37, North-East Valley district, by sections 37, 16, 55, and 56, block 11, North Harbour and Blueskin district ; again east by section 56 and sections 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 68, 70, and 72, to the Water-of-Leith ; west by the Water-of-Leith to its source at the northern boundary of section 64, block VIII, North Harbour and Blueskin survey district ; south by a line due west to Swampy Hill Trig, station ; west by a line to Silver Peak, thence by a line to Hummock Trig, station, by a line to Little Hummock, thence by a line due north to the nearest branch of the Waikouaiti River, again north by that river to the Moeraki district. PORT CHALMERS. Bounded on the north by Waikouaiti district and the sea ; south-east by the Otago Harbour, south-west by the city of Dunedin and the Main North road ; north-west by the said road and the Waikouaiti district.

Bounded on the north-east by the Waikouaiti district from the Water-of-Leith at section 72, to tho Main North road, at section 37, North-East Valley district ; south-east by the said road and the city of Dunedin to the borough of Caversham ; south by the last-mentioned borough to Lower Kaikorai survey district; west by that district and the Kaikorai Stream, by that stream to the north-western boundary of section 113, Wakari survey district ; by sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 53, 55, 57, 59, and 61, of said district, and the road passing through section 100 ; north-east by that road to the south-eastern corner of section 1, block 11, Upper Kaikorai survey district, by that section and by block XI, Dunedin and East Taieri survey district, and section 1 of 73, block XI, North Harbour and Blueskin survey district, to the Water-of-Leith, again southward t>y the Water-of-Leith to the western corner of section 72 of block XI, North Harbour and Blueskin survey district. DUNEDIN WEST. Bounded on the north by the limits of the borough of Dunedin; east by George street to the northern limit of the borough ; south and south-west by Stuart street, York place, and tho North Taieri road ; west by the limits of the borough of Dunedin. DUNEDIN KAST. Bounded on the north by the limits of tho borough of Dunedin ; east by the said limits and the Otago Heads ; south by Frederick street tq the harbour to Dunedin West district ; west by that district. DUNEDIN CENTRA ti. Bounded on the north and west by the Dunedin West and East districts ; east by the Otago Harbour ; south by Rattray street, Elm row, and Arthur street (from Elm row to York place). DUNEDIN SOUTH. Bounded on the north by Dunedin West and Dunedin Central districts ; eastjby the Otago Harbour and limits of the borough of Dunedin ; and south-west by the said limits. CAVERSHAM. Bounded on the north by tho Eoslyn district and city of Dunedin ; north-east by the Otago Harbour, sections 72 and 78, block VII, Town survey district, by a dividing line between sections 79 and 78 to the ocean ; south-east by the sea ; south-west by a line to and along the eastern boundaries of sections 33, 34, 35, 36, 40, 77, and 78, Ocean Beach survey dibtrict, to the district road, and by that road through sections 36 and 39, block VI, Town survey district, to the Main south road, by the road and section 45 Lower Kaikorai survey district, to the Roslyn district NORTH TAIEM. Bounded on the east by the Waikouaiti and Caversham districts ; south by the ocean ; west by the Kaikorai stream and Abbott's Creek to the main south road, by that road to the Mosgielroad, last mentioned, and Outram road, to section 4, block 11, Taieri survey district, by section 4 and section 10, block 11, sections 4 and 10, block XVI, and a dividing line between sections 10 and 9 and to the Taieri River, by that river and Nenthorn stream to a point due west of the Hummock Trig, station, due north by a right line due east to the said trig, station, also all that area bounded north-west by the Otago Harbour, thence east and south by the ocean, and west by the Caversham district. SOUTH TAIERI. Bounded on the north-west by a line from Soutra Hill to Rock and Pillar, by a right line to the northwestern corner of block I, Strath-Taieri survey district; thence by a line due east to the Taieri River ; north-east by a line to the Hummock Trig, station ; south and east by the North Taieri district to the ocean ; north-east by the ocean tq the mouth of the Taieri River ; south-west by the said river to the main South road ; again south-west by the said road to section 10, block V, Waihola survey district ; again south-west by sections 103 and 26, block I, by sections 34, 22, 36, 23, 26, 43, 25, and 20, block I, Table Hill survey district, to the trig, station said district; west by blocks VI and X of the aforesaid district, to section C 3, block IX, Clarendon survey district again ; north-west by section 63, and the line of the Waipori River ; again south by the river to block X, Waipori survey district; again west by blocks X, VIII, and VI, to Veterburn ; thence by a line east to the trig, station ; thence by a line north to Lee Stream ; again south-west by the stream to its source ; and thence by the southern watershed of the Deep Stream to Lammerlaw ; thenca by the summit of that watershed to Soutra Hill. MOUNT IDA. Bounded on the north-east by the Waitaki district from Mount St. Bathans to Kakanui Peak ; east by Moeraki and Waikouaiti districts; south by South Taieri to the summit of Lammerlaw ; thence by Tuapeka and Vincent districts. BRUCE. Bounded on the north by the watorshed from Waitahuna Hill over trig, stations X, J, and G, Waipori survey district, to the South Taieri district ; southeast, east, and north-west by the said district ; northeast b}' the Taieri River ; south-east by the ocean to the ClUtha River; south-west by the Clutha River (Matau branch) to the town of Balclutha ; northwest by the said town ; west by the main south road and district road passing through blocks LXIII and XI, Hillend survey district, to block XI, Waitahuna East survey district, by blocks XI and IX, IV and V of the said district to Round Hill by the summit of the watershed and trig, stations S and G, Table Hill survey district, and trig, station T, Waipori survey district to Waitahuna Hill. TUAPEKA. Bounded on the north-east by the summit of the Lammerlaw watershed, from the eastern corner of Run 199 to the source of the Lee Stream ; east by the South Taieri district ; south-east by the Bruce district to the Clutha River; south-west by the Clutha River to Blackscleugh Burn ; by that burn to the source near Tapanui Hill, by the summit of the Tapanui Range to Spylaw Hall, by a lino to Mount Benger ; north by line east to the Clutha River; again west by tho Clutha River to the Tcviot River; thence north by the Teviot River and Run 19D to Knobby Range. VINCENT. Bounded on the north-east by the Waitaki district, from Mount Ward to the summit of Mount St. Bathans; thence by the eastern and part of the southern boundary of Run 267 to Lauder Creek, by the north-eastern boundary of Runs 223, 244, and 261, and part' of the eastern boundary of the last-men-tioned run to the summit of North Roughridge Hill, by a right line to the summit of South Roughridge Hill, by the summit of the western watershed of tha Upper Taieri River, and south-eastern boundary of Run 199 to the Teyiot River; south,.by tho river;

again east, by the Clutha River to Dumbarton Rock ; again south, by a line to the summit of Mount Benger; west, by a line from peak to peak along the summit of the ranges to a point due west of Rocky Mount ; south, by a line west by lines from peak to peak along the summit of Hector Mountains to Double Cone; north and north-west, by lines bearing easterly along the summit of the ranges from Double Cone to the junction of the Nevis and Kawarau Rivers, by Kawarau River to its junction with Kirtleburn, by Kirtleburn to its source, and a line to the summit of Mount Pisa, a line to the south-eastern Corner of block I, Lower Wanaka survey district; therice north and west along the eastern and northern boundaries of the block to the Cardrona River, due north through trig, station C, Mount Iron, to Clutha River; thence by that river and Lake Wanaka to the Makarora River, by that river to Wilkin River, and the summit of the watershed to Mount Alba ; and northwest by the Southern Alps. WAKATIPU. Bounded on the north by a line from the mouth of the Awarua River to Mount Aspicjng ; north-west, by the summit of the Southern Alps to Mount Alba ; east and south-east, by Vincent district to Lorn Peak by the summit of Hector Mountains to the Mataura River ; south-west and west, by the Mataura River to the summit of Eyre Peak by the summit of the southern watershed of Lake Wakatipu to the Hummock Peak, by a line to Mount Campbell by the summit of Thomson Mountains to Round Peaks ; south, by a line to Mount Eglinton by , the summit of Eyre Mountains, and a line over Castle to Cloudy Pass to Bligh Sound ; north-west, by the sea. CLUTHA. Bounded on the north by Vincent district, from Rocky Mount to the summit of Benger Range ; east, by the summit of the range to Mount Benger, by a line to Spylaw, by the summit of the Tapanui Range and Blackcleugh Burn to the Clutha River, by the last-mentioned river (Matau branch) to the sea ; southeast, by the seatoChasland's Mistake, again south-east by a lino to Black Horn by the summit of the watershed over Mount Alfred, Mouseback, and Chimney to Catlin's Cone, by a line to the source of the Waipahi River, by the river to its confluence with the Pomahaka, by that river to a point at the village of Kelso, due east of the Pyramid ; again south by a line west to the summit of the Umbrella Range, between the east and west branches of the Waikaka River ; again west by the summit of the range to Whitecomb, thence by a line to Rocky Mount. MATAURA. Bounded on the north by the northern boundary line of the Two Thousand Acre's Block from a point north of the source of the Hedgehog Stream to the Mataura River ; west by the Mataura to a point due west "of the Pyramid ; again north by a line east to the Pomahaka River ; east by the said river and the Waipahi to its source by a line to Catlin's Cone, by the summit of the watershed over Catlin's Cone, Bleak Hill, and Black Horn to Chasland's Mistake; south- by the ocean to points south of Trig, station and Oteramikia Hundred ; west by lines through Trig, stations L, M, E, and J in the said Hundred, and Trig, station T, Lothian survey district, by a line north to Hedgehog Stream and by the stream to its source, and a line north to the starting point. AWARUA. Bounded on the west by the Oreti, Makarewa, and Hedgehog Rivers ; east by the Mataura district ; south by the ocean ; west by the New River Estuary, exclusive of Invercargill, INVBRCARGIMi. Bounded on the north by the Waihopai River; east by section 36, block I, Invercargill Hundred ; north by sections 36, 37, and 38, again east by sections 35, 34, and 6 ; south-west by sections 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, again east by sections 1, 8, 7, and 14, block I, of the said hundred ; south by section 1, block III ; west by the New River Estuary. RIVERTON. Bounded on the north by the northern boundary line of the Aparima Hundred and Two Thousand Acres Block to a point north of the source of the Hedgehog Stream ; east by a line south of the said stream by the Makarewa and Oreti Rivers to the ocean ; south by the ocean to the western boundary of Jacob's River Hundred ; west by a line north to the northward corner of the Aparima Hundred. WALLACE. Bounded on the north by the Wakatipu district from the sea to Lorn Peak by the line of Rocky Mount ; east by a line to Whitecomb by the summit of the Umbrella Mountains to a point east of the Pyramid; south by a line through the Pyramid to the Mataura River, again east by the Mataura river to a point east of the northern boundary of the Two Thousand Acre Block ; again south by a line west to the western boundary of the Aparima Hundred ; again east by a line south to the ocean ; again south and west by the ocean, including Stewart's Island and other adjacent islands.
