On the 3rd June, at Courbevoie, near Paris, William Marshall, only son of David Ross, F.R.1.8.A., architect, Dunedin ; aged 8 months. On the 2nd August, at Lackbeg House, Upper Walker street, Henry Steven ; aged 35 years. At Awamoa, Oamaru, after a long and painful illness, James BoyJand, aged 45 years ; native of County Antrim, Ireland. Home papers please copy.
