Run 109, Waihcmo district (between Waihomo and Macraes), containing respectively 10,400 acics. Upset price, £150 per annum; valuation, £ISO. — A. I). 8011, at £200 per annum. Run 109 A, Waihcmo, containing 12,500 acres. Upset, £150 ; valuation, £100.— A. D. Bell, at upset price. Run 109n, Waihomo, containing 0100 acres. Upset, £100; valuation, £235.— A. D. Loll, at £210. Kun 131, Kakanui district, 7700 ncrcs. Upset price, £130 per annum ; valuation, £180.— William Gardner, at upset price. Run 11MA, Kakanui, 15.300 acres. Upset, £220; valuation, £131.— William Gardner, at upset price. Run 2, Tuapeka depasturing district, 3700 acres. Upset price, 5d per acre.— Samuel Honry, at upset, £77 Is 8d per annum.
