Elder, John Stuart Handyside, James Jolly, Basil Sievwright, William Moss, Andrew O'Connor, John Burfc, Thomas George Hunger* ford, G. P. Clifford, John Burke, and Alfred Foord, officers under Salmon and Trout Act, for Otago district ; F. Jeffrey, assistant clerk as Roxburgh ; C. H. Pyke, cadet in Resident Magistrate's Court, Clyde ; D. F. James, mem* ber of Licensing Court, Westland ; H. T. Tiff en, member of Licensing Court, Napier and Petane ; G. T. Clarke, Dunedin, and J. Lain?, Port Chalmers, certificated accountants in bankruptcy j R. F. Goulter, sub-assistant surveyor ; J. M'Kerrow, Surveyor-General of New Zealand, vice J. T.
