The Government monthly inspection rt this corps took p'asj at the Town Hell, Mornington, on Tuesday evening, when there were present - Lieut. Teiford, SubLieut Al*tthewH, one colour-sergeant, three sergeants, and 19 rank a- d file, Iho arms and accoutrements were ln<-poi.ted by Lieut. Gardiner (of No. 1 Wakari), the Acting Adjutant f.,r the month. Tha Company were afterward* pat through a variety of a volutions by J-r ill-Instructor Harrison. It was announced that the third conn otition for the Morninirton Challenge Cups wcu'd take place, weather peraaituui?, at S p.m. on Saturday, the 12t'-\ met.
