IMPORTS AND EXPORTS.
(By Special Wibe.) Wellington, January 29th. The following are the particulars of. imports and exports for New Zealand for 1878, and for comparison those of 1877 are put side by tide :—
It will be Been from these returns that there is an increase for 1878 iv imports of L 1,782,245,
and a decrease in exports of L 311,947, and that both the weight and value of the wool clip had largely declined.
