This, property is one of the choicest on the coast line of Otago, the soil being of excellent quality, and the climate all that can be desired for the growth of cereals, root crops, or English grasses. A large portion of the land to bo sold is at present; under crop, and intending investors are respactfully requested ta pay an early visit of inspection. The situation is very convenient, being from six to ten miles off the Milton railway station. The exposure is really good, and no part of the property has ever been affected either by floods or droughts. Crops of all descriptions have been grown with the greatest success, and, as regards yield per acre, comparing favourably with that of any other diatrici! in the South.
