Witness Office, Thursday Morning. As usual, as the month grows older business ia becoming quieter, and we have little change to report since last week. The arrival of the Loweswater and the Amelio from Calcutta has added considerably to stocks of cornsacks, rice, and castor oil, and during the week sales of these have been passing at rates showing a roduction on previous business. In othes lines there is no change, Dor is there likely to be any stir in trade during the remainder of the niontb.
