THE "TIPPERARY CLAIM" CASE. [By Telegraph.]

(from our own correspondent.) Queenstown, August 16th. The Tipperary case has been concluded. His Honour, Judge Harvey, when samming up, said it was oneof themostdisgraceful cases he ever heard of, and gave a verdict against Hall for £350, and £42 costs. The plaintiff ia Mr Scott, of Cromwell, who purchased a share off Hall, in August, 1876. In this, as well as in the Premier case, there existed a conspiracy to put oat the Cromwell and Dunedin shareholders, and deprive them of their property by misrepresenting facts in the Wardens' Courts, as well as serving summonses at the claim, instead of upon the parties personally. Tnere appears to have existed at Arrowtown a thoroughly organised gang of thieved, and the parties who have so stoutly protected their rights, deserve the thanks of the community.
