NOTICE. I^OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that -L* Lawrence Robertson, Esq., Banker, residing in Edinburgh and others, Trustees original and assumed of the deceased James Donaldson, Esq., of Thornwood, Merchant in Glasgow, have raised an Action of Multiplepoinding and Exoneration in the Court of Session of Scotland (First Division— Lord Craighill, Ordinary ; Mr Drysdale, Clerk), against the Trustees of the late LieutenantColonel John Macdougall and others, for the distribution of the shares of the Capital of the Trust Estate life rented by the deceased Mrs Margaret Young, or ThomsoD, widow of the late Dr Luke Fraser Thomson, of Perth. And Notice is Further Given, that the following partiea have, among others, been called as Defenders to the said action' viz. :— Margaret Kinnear, Isabella Kinnear,' and Mrs Elizabeth Young Kinnear, or Smith, residing in New Zealand, or Australia, or elsewhere furth of Scotland, daughter of the deceased Kinnear, some time Merchant in Glasgow, thereafter in Liverpool, and latterly residing in Australia, and Mrs Isabella Donaldson, or Kinnear, who was a niece of the said James Donaldson, and all others the heirs, executors, representatives, or administrators of the said deceased Mrs Isabella Donaldson, or Kinnear, and Smith, now or formerly residing at St. George's Bay, Auckland, New Zealand. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the said action will be called in the Court of Session, Scotland, on the Isth day of October, 1874, or as soon thereafter as conveniently may be, and an order for claims applied for, and the action thereafter disposed of.
