O EALED TENDERS will be received till 28th July, for the purchase or lease of the following valuable property, now in the occupation of Mr Fairweather, viz. :—: — Sections 5, 6, and 7, Invercargill Hundred, containing about 230 acres, situated 5 miles from Invercargill, bounded on the south by the Waibopai River, on the north by the Myross Bush, and on the east by the Main Roslvn Road.
