O EALED TENDERS will be received till 28th July, for the purchase or lease of the following valuable property, now in the occupation of Mr Fairweather, viz. :—: — Sections 5, 6, and 7, Invercargill Hundred, containing about 230 acres, situated 5 miles from Invercargill, bounded on the south by the Waibopai River, on the north by the Myross Bush, and on the east by the Main Roslvn Road. There are 7 acres of bush on the property, and it also adjoins the Bush Reserve. The whole is fenced and surrounded with live hedges. It is subdivided into paddocks, there being 70 acres in good English grass, the remainder being nearly all under cultivation. The homestead consists as follows : — New house of six rooms, with fruit garden, large barn, stables, cow sheds, &c, &c ; in fact, there is every convenience for carrying on a profitable dairy and produce farm.
