Government Notices. NOTICE TO PUBLICANS, AND OTHERS WHOM IN MAY CONCERN. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all persons who desire to obtain Licenses under the Licensing Act, 1873, in the under» mentioned Districts, viz. :— Half way Buah, North East Valley, Town of Port Chalmers, BJueskin, Portobello, Peninsula, Caversham, Mornington, City of Dunedin (High Ward), City of Dunedin (South Ward), City of Dunedin (Bell Ward), City of Dunedin (Leith Ward), Roslyn, Kaikorai, and Suburban, must, on or before the third day of March next, cause to be delivered to the Clerk of the Resident Magistrate, Dunedin, a Notice in Writing, signed by them in proper form, and accompanied by a certificate in terms of the Statute and Ordinance in that behalf provided.
