JjONDON. Very little business has been done during the week. Wheat is at ss. Bd. to ss. lOd. There is a good enquiry for oats at 4s. 9d. Sugars are in good demand, but the trade is rather low in stocks. The exports for New Zealand for the month amount to £399,100. (Latest Unpublished. ) London, January 2nd. The British outposts are now advanced to the Prah River, which the Ashantees crossed in the greatest disorder. British reinforcements have arrived at Cape Coast, and are cruising about in the men-of-war for the preservation of the health of the men. The march to Coomassie is to commence in January. The revenue for the year 1873 amounts to £77,750,000, showing an excess over the estimates in nine months of £2,250,000. The Macao coolie trade is abolished.
