Messrs. Driver, Maclean & Co. reportPrime Beef, 27s 6d to 32s 6d per lOOlbs. Prime Mutton, 3£d per lb., mtown. Store Cattle— Mixed mobs, £4 10s to £5 10s ; do bullooks, three to five years, £6 to £8.

Good Dairy Cows, £10 to £14. Store Sheep— Wethers, 4-tooth and upwards, 6s to 7s ; ewes, 2-tooth, 8s to 10s j do, 2, 4, and 6-tooth, 3s to 7s 6d. Messrs Wright, Stephenson, and Co., report for the week ending the 11th instant as follows :— Fat Cattle— One draft prime quality yarded brought prices equal to 30s per lOOlbs, at which rate we sold privately 120 head, to be delivered. Fat Sheep— A full supply, iair quality, came to hand. We placed for delivery this month 1200* head at 3d per lb. Store Cattle— We quote bullooks, 3 years and upwards, L 6 to L 6 10s ; mixed herds, L 5 to L 5 10s. Store Sheep— No transactions to report. There are a few enquiries for wethers, but the assessment beinß due this month holders are looking for higher prices than purchasers seem inolined to give ; we have placed several lota under offor. Dairy cows at Anderson's Bay brought from L 6 to Lll. Quotations for oows in profit, LlO to JLI2. Horses — we have but little to add to our remarks of last week ; transactions have been very limited. On Thursday we offered a shipment from Wanganui, a portion were sold at an average of Ll4 10a. Freehold Properties. — We disposed of a farm, 290 acres, North Branch, Tokomairiro River, at L 9 per acre ; and 151 aorea in the Maungatua district, only a small portion cultivated, for L 550.
