The demand for, and value of, wheat and n* >ur remain without change nuts continue in active request at a slightly advanced rate. The demand for potatoes continues dull, and value somewhat lower. la consequence of the advanced value of oats, oatmeal ib higher. The prices current are :—: — Fiona.— £12 10s to £13 por ton. Oatmeal — £16 10s to £16 ocr ton. Pearl Barlky — £25 vet ton Wheat — 4» 9d to 5s 3d per bushel.
Oats. — 2s 9 i to 2s lOd per buauei. Barlby.— 5s 3d per bushel. Maize.— Ss per bushel. Bran,— £4 per ton. Pollard— £4 10s per ton. Potatoes. — £3 per ton. Onions. — £22 per ton. Carrots.— £3 Turnips.— £2 to £4 per ton, Hay.- -Trussed, £5 per ton. Straw.— £2 per ton. Chaff.— £4 10s p«r ton. Chkbsb.— lOd per lb | Buttbr. — Is 2d per Id. Bacon.— 9d per lb. Bags. — 15s per doz.
Mr Gboroe Duncan reports the following to be his quotations :— Flour, Ll3 per ton, small bags. 10s extra ; oatmeal. Lls 10s per ton, small bags, Uta extra ; pollard, L 4 10s per ton ; bran, L 4 per ton ; whoat— good milling, 5» per bushel ; oats, 2s 9d per bushel!
