Plan and specification may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the Survey Office, Dunedin. Tenders to be accompanied by deposit or marked cheque for 10 per cent, of the! amount. The Government does not undertake to accept the lowest or any tender. 17jy TMMIGRA.TION TO OTAGO.— CONDI J~ TIONS.- £7 10s for each adult, and the half of that sum for persons between the ages of one and twelve, must be paid in Otago before the names are sent home to the Agent in Edinburgh. If the parties remain three years in Otago, no further payment will require to be made. If they do not remain three years, another paymeut equal to the above must be made. The money will be returned if the parties do not avail themselves of a passage to Otago.
