Hobart Town.
The whaling barque Offley has arrived. She reports that insubordination has. taken place among the crew. Mr Gaunt, corn merchant, is insolvent. His liabilities are estimated at L 60,000. Mr W. W. White is also insolvent. Hia liabilities are estimated at L 35,000.
Other extensive failures have taken place, and a commercial crash is antioii pated.
