.. Entire Horses. ' npOS TAND TH IS SEASON, Hyde, Dunstan Creek, and Maniototo Plains District, the wellknown Colonial Clydesdale Entire Horse HERO, The property of Mr Joseph Packman. Hero is a black horse, with superior action, i got by the famous Clydesdale horse Prince 'Royal (imported 'by" W. H/ Valpy-,' Esq, from Scotland). The dam of Hero was an imported Clydesdale mare from Twofold Bay, bred by the Clyde Company. Hero was a prize taker at the Northern Pastoral and Agricultural Show held at Oamaru, in 1863. He also took the first prize at the Waikouaiti and Shag ValleyAgricultural and Pastoral Show, held at Waikouaiti, in April 1867. Terms, L 4 10s j Groom's fee, os. Hero will travel in the Kyeburn District, and will be there on Monday, October 12, 1868, and every fourteen days thereafter, till the Ist of February, when the Season closes.
