There are parcels of wheat offering on easy terms, yet buyers cannot see their way clear to enter into large transactions, in the face of the glowing reports of the crops from the Continent of Europe and America, and sales are limited to hand-to-mouth requirements. Oats, with the exception of choice samples for seed and milling purposes, are neglected. Barley for malting is still in demand.
