License Holders havinj been wastefully using the timber on Crowi Lands, attention is drawn to the followinj Regulations adopted by the Waste Land Board at a Meeting, held at Dunedin the 14th day 0 June, 18£9 :— That Licenses for which One Pound (_€l) i charged shall entitle the license-holder to cut am remove firewood for his own use only. That Two Pounds and Ten Shillings (£2 10s. be charged for a license to split for fencing. That Five Pounds (£5) be charged for a license to taw, and that only one pair of sawyers be em plojfd 5 that the names of the sawyers employe! be stated by the applicant, and that any change 0 the persons employed be made only with the sane tion Of the Waste Land Board.
