NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with clause 39 of the " Roads Ordinance, 1856," that the Representatives from the Toko- - mairiro District Road Board hare given notice of their intention to propose, at a future meeting of the General Board, that certain' Road Lines in raid district be shut up, and. exchanged for other Rights of Way, a« proposed by the following Resolutions of the Tokomairiro District Road [ Board .— Jamiaiy 16, 1861. — "Resolved, that a Road be laid off as a branch road, from the main road at a the west bridge over the Tokomairiro river, through sections 194, 195, 196, and through part of 197, at a point 15 chains or thereabout from - the river bank, from thence in a straight line or nearly so through sections 198, 199, SOO, 201, 202, 203, and 204, Block XXV., past Mr. James 1 Smith's station to the bridge over the Washpool „ creek ; thence through portions of Blocks 1 XLVIIL, XLIX., L., LIV., LV., along the line now partially made and used «s a dray track as itr as tbe outside of the survey towards Mount Stuart, at Roxburg Station.
