DYER begs to apprise the resi- • dents of Dunedin and the Public generally, that, having secured the premises in Maclaggan Street formerly occupied by Mr. Thomas Birch, and known as the " Union Hotel," he has made considerable additions and improvements, and is now enabled to offer gentlemen visiting the " Royal Hotel" accommodation not inferior to that obtainable in Dunedin at any former period. The Bar department consists of a detached Tap, Bar Parlour, Bagatelle Room, and Bedrooms. The Hotel comprises a public room, private sitting room, and suite of 12 bedrooms. The stock of Wines, Spirits, &c, will always be kept assorted from the most approved brands ; and the Stabling, being under the immediate inspection of the Proprietor, will secure for the cattle the best attention.
