NOTICE TO LAND CLAIMANTS IN THE PROVINCE OF OTAGO, AND STEWART'S ISLAND. /CLAIMANTS are requested to take Notice V^ that no Claim under the Land Claims Settlement Act, 1856, can be entertained or investigated until the Claimant shall have notified his intention to have his case heard under the provisions of that. Act ; that such notification must be made before the first day of July, 1858; and that the Assistant Commissioner is now prepared to receive such notifications, and will proceed to hear the Claims in the order in which the notifications thereof shall be received and recorded. Forms of Notification of Claims may be obtained on and after the 15th day of March instant, upon application at the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, in the Waste Land Board Office, Dunedin, where the sittings of the Court for the hearing of Claims in the district of Otago and Stewart's Island will be held. The conditions of the Lease, and the Rules and Regulations for the guidance of the Lessee, may be seen at this Office on and after 9th April next.
