COMMERCIAL HOTEL. G DUNCAN, in returning thanks to the • Inhabitants of Dunedin, and Country Settlers, for the liberal patronage he has rexeived, and soliciting a continuation of the same, begs to call their attention to the extensive improvements made on the Premises, and the NEW BUILDINGS ' Erected, and in course of erection, which render this Hotel the most commodious in the Town. The accomodation consists of 5 Public Eooms, 2 Private Rooms for the use of parties transacting business, and 30 good airy Bedrooms. Parties visiting are assured they will find comfort and cleanliness in every department, combined with moderate charges. The Wines, Spirits, Ales, &c, are always supplied of the best quality. An Obbinaby daily at Half-past Twelve, at Is. 6d. ; and in the New House at Two o'clock, at 2s. 6d. Dinners, Suppers, &c, on the shortest notice. The Stables in connection with this Hotel being now finished, afford the best accomodation of any in Dunedin, and all horses will be carefully attended to under the personal superintendence of G.
