ROY AX. HOTEL, MACLAGGAN £SM STREET, DUNEDIN. WJ. DYER begs to apprise the resi- • dents of Dunedin and the Public generally, that, having secured the premises in Maclaggan Street formerly occupied by Mr. Thomas Birch, and known as the " Union Hotel," he has made considerable additions and improvements, and is now enabled to offer gentlemen visiting the " Royal Hotel" accommodation not inferior to that obtainable in Dunedin at any former period. The stock of Wines, Spirits, &c, will always be kept assorted from the most approved brands; and the Stabling, being under the immediate inspection of the Proprietor, will secure for the cattle the best attention. riIHE Undersigned having lately transferred X his Business and License of the Royal Hotel from. Princes Street to the premises of Mr. Dyer, residing in Maclaggan Street, Dunedin, returns his sincere thanks to his friends and the public of the Province for their liberal patronage during the time he conducted the business ; and in soliciting a continuance thereof to his successor, feels confident that Mr. Dyer will fully merit the same liberal support that was accorded to Your obedient servant, GEORGE SMITH.
