TTTHEREAS the Company's 4th Rule de- ' . clares that " thirty members shall be a quorum at any General or Special Meeting ;" and whereas fifteen members only assembled at 8 o'clock p.m. on the 10th inst., within the School-room, Dunedin, at which time and within which place, in terms of a former advertisement, the third Annual General Meeting should have been held, but for the reason stated did not take place, — Notice is hereby again given that said Annual General Meeting will be held at 8 o'clock precisely in the said School-room on Tuesday 24th inst. Besides the usual business, propositions to the following effect will be laid before the meeting :—lst,: — Ist, As to paying the Sitting Committee ; 2nd, To take into consideration the difficulty there has hitherto been in getting meetings of committee, with a view of making . arrangements for the resignation of those members of committee who may feel it inconvenient to attend, so as to give place to others ; 3rd, The election of Auditors.
