obligations incumbent on me, within thirty days after the publication in the Government Gazette for the Province of Otago of such Land Regulations or Terms of Purchase ; and failing to do so, I declare that I shall thereby have forfeited all right to re-payment of the amount of the deposit made by me, which shall be at the absolute appropriation and disposal of the Superintendent and Provincial Council : And further, failing so to do, I bind and oblige myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and asssigns, forthwith to remove themselves, their families, servants, and sub-tenants, from the said land, and to leave the occupancy thereof void, for the entry thereto of any other person, without any process of law or warning j and failing so to do, I hereby declare that it shall be competent to eject me under the provisions of the Summary Ejectment Ordinance, passed by the Legislative Council of the Province of New Munster, on the 16th day of June, 1849, No. 6.
