SUPREME COURT.
The third Sitting of the Supreme Court of Otago was held at the Court-House, Dunedin, on Tuesday the 2d inst. There was no civil or
criminal business to attend to, and the Court wai adjourned for a fortnight, that two absent JirJlrs might be summoned to show cause why they should not be fined £10 for non-attend-ance.
The Registrar applied for official administration in the matter of William Underhill, deceased, which was granted. Dr. Purdie, and Walter Mantell, Esq., were sworn in as Justices of the Peace.
