HOCKEY.
At a meoting of tho Munawatu Ladies' Hockey Association held at Palmerston North last ovoning, it was decided to ask Horowhcnua Hockey Association to send a team to play a friendly match at Palmerston North next Wednesday, July 12th. Failing this match not being acceptable to Horowhcnua, a trial match, A V. B, is to bo played prior to tho selection of representatives.
