" The monthly meeting was held at the rooms on Friday, August 22nd, those present being Dr. Atmoro (President) in the chair, Dr. Irwin, Mesdames Coekrell and Milne (Vice-Presidents), Walker, Ficbig and Misses Gilmer and Slack. _. Apologies were- received from 'Mesdames iNicolson, MeGill and Barlow, and the Advisory Board. The minutes of the previous meeting were read .and confirmed, mirse's report read and accounts passed for- payment. Correspondence . relating to the taking over of the southern district as from August Ist, was read and discussed, and the suggested alterations of visiting days dealt .with. Nurse's report showed the following visits: Otaki 175, Te Horo 13, Waikanae 25, Paraparaumu 14, Paekakariki 16, Plimmerton 18, Pareniati 10, Porirua 53, Manakau 15; total 339.
