I have made a careful inspection of the cattle-stops between VVamo and Tinker's, where birch timber was used. ,1 find the beams and sUls have reached Tfhp end o,f their usefulness and that ! tbjeir renewal is) imperative r-.'f o(r ftie : safety of '"the traffic.
