'JL«he members of the Otautau "A " grnde team journeyed to Nitrhteaps on Wednesday for- the purpose of f«il filling the first fixture match of the season. The visitors were defeated on the -number of -sets (9 7). but won on games (87-84) A splendid afternoon tea was dispensed by the mem hers of the Nightcaps team, and at the conclusion of the match Mr Thomson thanked the visitors for yiving them such an enjoyable yanie.
