St. Patrick's Ball. The Pungarehu hall was crowded for the arfnual St. Patrick's ball. Messrs. J. Vanner and D. Wright were M.C's. Competitions and novelty dances were won by Mrs. W. Bennett and Mr. G. Noble, Mr. and Mrs. Austin, Mr. and Mrs. M. Chard, P. Bennett, K. Ryan and C. Davies. Renowned for Roughs and Colds, Woods' Great Peppermint- Curt. W. E.
