SATISFACTORY PAYMENTS

PENALTY NOW IN FORCE

The collection of rates for the year ending 31st March, 1948, before the additional 10 per cent penalty was added was not up to last years record collection of 97.84 per cent. The amount collected was 97.5 per cent of the total levied. The levy was £5915-4-4 of which £5708-14-5 lias been collected.
